i have to admit, i felt like major goof for even posting a link to raise money last wednesday given the events in haiti. so i took a step back. the plan was to really start to push the fundraising efforts in january, but i’m not doing that - there are obviously more important things going on at the moment.
but i will tell you that i’m enjoying learning what my body is capable of....
winter wonder-ride
today the squeeze and i took advantage of the GORGEOUS day off. despite it being january it was in the 50’s and sunny without a cloud in the sky. perfect day for my first winter ride with julia (that’s red’s name). i had some new warm weather cycling clothes that i picked up hoping i’d get the chance to use them so i was well equipped.

boeuf bourguignon one-t style
